Return & Exchange Policy

Please read our return and exchange policy carefully


 1. Timeframe: Return and exchange requests must be raised within 7 days of receiving the order. 

2. Condition: Products must be in their original packaging with tags intact. Items without original tags will not be accepted.

3. Damages and issues: Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

4. Usage: Items should be unused and unwashed for hygiene reasons.

5. Restrictions: Once an order is exchanged, customers cannot request another exchange. If a customer still wishes to return the exchanged item, only a credit note will be issued.

6. Contact: To start a return, you can contact us at houseofmeiras@gmail.com. with the name and the image of the product.

7. Exceptions / non-returnable items: Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

8. Refunds: We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
